What does being in beta mean?
Cohearo is in closed beta across all platforms — Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. In exchange for your feedback, access is completely free.
Does my audio go to the cloud?
No. Recording, transcription and speaker diarization all run locally on your device — your audio is never uploaded. AI-enhanced templates are the one exception: they send transcript text to the cloud to structure your notes, and they're opt-in.
Do I need internet to use it?
Recording, transcription and diarization work fully offline. AI-enhanced templating needs a connection, since it runs in the cloud.
How does support work during beta?

When does the beta end?
